Gifts by Pledge

Donors who wish to contribute to our annual or capital campaigns but do not wish to make an immediate payment may instead make a pledge.

A pledge is a promise to make a specified payment within a specific period of time; for The Foxcroft Circle (annual giving), it is the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). Capital campaign pledges can be made over a period of five years.

Pledges can be made by mail or email. The Office of Institutional Advancement is happy to provide you with a pledge form and send you periodic pledge reminders. Please contact Director of Advancement Services Laura Booze at gifts@yqczg.net or 540.687.4517 should you have any questions or wish to make a pledge.

Planned Gifts

Whether in the form of bequests, trusts, annuities, pooled income, or property interests, planned gifts ensure that Foxcroft will retain and attract inspiring teachers, design and implement rigorous and creative educational programs, offer much needed financial aid to prospective students, and carefully maintain and augment buildings and grounds as needed. The Foxcroft Circle

Young women learn best when challenged by an interdisciplinary and experiential curriculum. That's why, at this affordable boarding school for girls in Virginia, you'll find girls flying drones across campus, developing apps in Schoolhouse, writing poetry on the banks of Goose Creek, and utilizing our current construction projects to learn about engineering. The Foxcroft Circle, previously the Annual Fund, makes these experiences possible.

Planned Giving

Planned gifts provide donors with an opportunity to realize numerous benefits – including valuable tax benefits, augmented income, a diversified investment portfolio, and even the possibility of making a larger gift than would otherwise be possible – and to create a legacy at Foxcroft. Forever Foxcroft was established in 1999 by the Board of Trustees to recognize individuals who have included Foxcroft in their estate plans.
