Facility Rentals
We offer both indoor and outdoor venues for special events, corporate meetings, as well as workshops. We can host events of all sizes and duration; from a lovely outdoor wedding to a corporate retreat Foxcroft has plenty of great spaces!
Within the pool house, you'll find men's and women's bathrooms and showers. Our Friends of Foxcroft Swimming memberships are a perfect way to enjoy a lazy and restful summer.
Miss Charlotte’s Garden, the lovely site of the School’s commencement each May, is perfect for a wedding, garden party or other outside event. It features a gazebo and large level area surrounded by lush greenery and flowering shrubbery.

For an indoor event, the Athletic/Student can be transformed into an elegant venue. Don't let its size fool you -- there are many areas in this building that would be a perfect size for the smallest gathering to a very large banquet, reception, show, or dance.

Within the Athletic/Student Center, you'll find a wood-floor competition gym and a poured-rubber double gym (pictured), perfect for athletic camps or tournaments.
There are small meeting spaces in the Athletic/Student Center, including Roomies, where a conference or annual meeting can take place. A full kitchen and dining space is located adjacent to Roomies.
Our Dining Hall can host receptions and banquets. . .
. . .and Brick House Lawn (just outside the Dining Hall) is the perfect place for entertainment, dancing, and fun!
If history is more your style, the Spur & Spoon is a charming historic guest house with several large rooms and a patio that overlooks lush paddocks and rolling hills often occupied by many of the School’s horses.

“Friends of Foxcroft” Memberships
Fitness
Designed with Women in Mind
The Friends of Foxcroft Fitness members can use the fitness center, indoor track, and stationary bikes. Designed with women in mind, the center boasts state-of-the-art cardio equipment, “resistance band” weight training machines, dedicated free weights, and more.
Memberships are open to women only.
Tennis
Seasonal and Year-Round Options
The Friends of Foxcroft Tennis membership offers the use of eight beautiful tennis courts. There are two types of memberships available.

Cool Off this Summer
The Friends of Foxcroft Swimming membership runs from June 1 to August 25. The adjacent pool house includes restrooms and changing rooms. A certified lifeguard is on duty when the pool is open.
